Quincy is an adjunct instructor who teaches psychology courses at Los Angeles City College and Cal State University- Long Beach. Quincy is also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who practices in southern California. Quincy primarily works with children, adolescents (ages 3-24) and families. Quincy's primary work entails helping children and adolescents work through trauma, depression, anxiety and behavioral disorders. Quincy works with families to improve their communication skills and develop a closer bond. Quincy also works with adults who explore the meaning of life using non-ordinary states of consciousness, severe anxiety, severe depression and trauma. Quincy uses Havening to heal trauma and to prepare individuals to cognitively process their life experiences. Quincy practices from a strength-based approach and places a strong emphasis on facilitating an enjoyable experience to difficult healing processes. Quincy develops an individualized plan with each client to address their needs.
