Mary Kalbach is a Post Traumatic Growth Coach with extensive personal and professional experience working with people diagnosed with dissociative trauma disorders. She holds an MA in Theater which provided a springboard for a specialty in mindfulness and psychodramatic work. In addition to Havening Techniques, Mary is certified in Clinical EFT (Tapping), Mindfulness Mentoring, Therapeutic Spiral Model (trauma model of psychodrama), and as an Experiential Practitioner.
Mary utilizes a variety of holistic experiential approaches in her practice including “tapping”, havening techniques, psychodrama, breathwork, movement, meditative visualization, and parts work (Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment). Every session with her collaborators is conducted in the energetic field that presents itself in the present moment and is rooted in an embodied experience of mindfulness.
Mary’s coaching practice arose from the growth process she transformed through as a person who experienced extensive trauma throughout her childhood and into adulthood. She and her partner have birthed 8 children and adopted 5 more children who all came into the family with special medical and mental health needs, including deeply impacting trauma experiences.
Her collaborators report that the richness and depth of these experiences make Mary a safe, compassionate, challenging, and deeply intuitive guide through their own post traumatic growth journeys.
Mary believes that in this stressful world, everyone should have access to self-care strategies that truly work to bring peace. calm and grounding.
