Melanie Eager

Melanie has worked in the health and medical field for 22 years, with the last 7 years spent running her own health and wellness business. Melanie spent many years working as a health and nutrition coach however through her own personal journey, and those close to her, she realized that optimum health is so much more than what you eat and drink.

Melanie went on to study Buteyko Breathing with Patrick McKeown after it helped her heal from fibromyalgia and adrenal and chronic fatigue in 2012. She is now a qualified practitioner in Buteyko Breathing and Oxygen Advantage (Sports and Peak Performance) and is passionate about nervous system regulation.

When Melanie first read about Havening in 2021 she had full body goosebumps with how powerful this modality had been for people and instantly knew she had to train in it. In 2022 Melanie became a qualified Havening Practitioner and can now see firsthand how much it can support people with the stressors that life throws at you.

Melanie is also trained in Trauma Informed Coaching, NLP, Timeline Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Positive Psychology, Past life Regression, Laughter Yoga,  Holistic Cancer Coaching, Wellness Coaching and Food and Nutrition Coaching.
