My bio is going to be different than your usual one...let me start off with saying I had no intention of being a therapist! I enjoyed helping others but didn't think anything more about it until a specific trauma completely changed my life. Well when I say a trauma, I also mean one of the best things that ever happened to me at the same time. My (now)wife went to the hospital with suspected appendicitis and discovered she was in labour....!

My world changed. I had 3 hours notice of becoming a Dad to a healthy full term girl. Life changed, flashbacks to the hospital started and a weird sense of the floor falling in occurred. I now understand this to be PTSD or an event specific biologic marker which I was experiencing. I went to a Hypnotherapist at the time who did a single NLP rewind session and I was cured!

Now obsessed with the mind, mechanics and neurology, I became a Hypnotherapist to help others with anxiety, depression, PTSD, CPTSD and trauma release. Feeling so blessed to stop others having flashbacks, triggers and nightmares, I discovered my purpose....to help others. I am very much HypNOtherapy and love my job. 

I have always been fascinated with the illness, disease and stress connection but longed to offer people quicker relief than painstakingly dragging a client through numerous sessions which sometimes focused on a single trauma.

Then I discovered Havening.

Havening absolutely blows my mind, the kindness of it, the gentleness of it, the speed of it! The miracle it is. I personally refer to it as 'Healing Touch' 

My mission is to set as many people free from the entrapment of their mind and stop unnecessary mental suffering ✨️ I am playful, non clinical and love making therapy fun.
