Explore your inner self. Look beyond yourself.
Widen your window on life, face anxiety, and grow with it
to fulfill your true potential.
With Havening, I am able to expand my window and grow from all the knowledge and experience I've gained over the years. I know that's a big statement, but it's true. Following a brief demonstration during a workshop, I knew I'd discovered the practice I'd been seeking. Havening is a gentle, supportive, and respectful protocol and one of the best ways I have found to boost both physical and emotional well-being. Flexibility of thought and effortless movement are the keys to relaxation. I help clients develop these capabilities through unique protocols, Qigong, Yoga, and healing music (harp, Native American flute, and drumming). Creating a life where joy emerges naturally is my ultimate goal for every client.
My background includes Nature & Forest Therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, trauma release through Somatic Experiencing, and Dragon's Way Qigong.
My studies in mind-body began at the UMass Memorial Health Center for Mindfulness, followed by certifications from Association for Nature and Forest Therapy, Somatic Experiencing International, Hypnotherapy Academy of America, and Traditional Chinese Medicine Foundation.
Finding happiness and contentment in life is easier if you have a Havening practice and with it I assist clients in sustaining their progress towards living healthy, joyful lives.
