I was introduced to Havening in a coaching skills class. Once I started Havening, I felt calmer and could think more clearly. I was hopeful that I could take past events that were always present and finally leave the past in the past. Through receiving Havening, I detached from a negative life-changing moment and view it from another perspective. This allowed me to see myself as empowered rather than disempowered.
Through my training, I’ve been able to share Havening with people from 7 to 72 and have helped them minimize stress, create healthier relationships, and perform at a higher level. My clients have included sports teams, healthcare professionals, executives, business owners, parents, and coaches.
