Adam Lazarou

Hi, I’m Adam Lazarou, born in Cardiff with a Welsh/Cypriot heritage. My journey as an entrepreneur began when I made the bold decision to leave school at 16 to pursue a career in the family hairdressing business. Through hard work and dedication, I later ventured into opening my own chain of salons, where I not only showcased the art of hairstyling but also honed my skills as a business leader.

My entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop there. I delved into the world of property investing, navigating the exciting realm of real estate. As I expanded my horizons, I discovered my love for helping others after a life changing trip at Rythmia in Costa Rica. This led me to explore cutting-edge therapies that get fast results, where I’m committed to bringing innovative approaches to promote well-being and personal growth.

While my professional journey has been diverse, my dedication to learning has remained constant. With a commitment to growth and development, I continue to evolve as a lifelong learner. In my free time, I find joy in staying active and pursuing Hobbies/Interests, whether it’s walking, Learning new skills, or travelling.

I use various techniques in my toolbox but I am a strong believer that the issue on the conscious level is never usually the issue and I tend to use a content free approach using hypnosis as I don’t believe in scripts and prefer to allow the clients powerful subconscious mind to do whatever it needs to do in order resolve it. In the event that there are clear events I like to use my psychosensory skills in particular Havening to unlink the trauma/phobia or emotion from the memory which is incredibly effective.
