My goal is the help women feel good and do well. 

My philosophy is that healing doesn't have to be hard and deep transformational work doesn't always have to feel heavy.

I’m especially passionate about three things in particular:

  • Helping women entrepreneurs release the inner blocks that hold them back so they can create a life they love and success that feels good.
  • Helping people find relief from fears and phobias. As someone who used to suffer with a phobia myself, it gives me great joy to help others become free of theirs, too.
  • Creating the space for someone to feel deeply heard so they can heal. And then seeing the look on their face when they feel the weight lifted from an emotional burden that was holding them back.

I bring enthusiasm, respect and a bit of humor and play to my work. I’m told I’m a great listener who holds a powerful healing space and that I have a calming voice. People seem to appreciate that in our sessions.

Professional credentials and background include: 15 years as a massage therapist in private practice, certified hypnotist, certified money coach, bestselling author and massage school faculty member.

Personal notes:  I’m curious by nature and am constantly learning new, effective ways to do things. My work combines the practical with the woo, and in money coaching I combine soul + strategy.

I’m excited by what is possible for us as people as we are freed from the inner barriers that hold us back. That's why I love Havening Techniques so much! It is a brilliant set of tools and I'm honored to help more people get to experience it!

No Longer Afraid to Fly!
"When we started working together I felt extreme panic at the thought of flying. I would randomly think about flying at least once a day and feel overwhelmed and terrorized by the thought. I couldn't even look at a plane flying overhead. After 3 sessions I feel so much better!
