As a Registered Nurse I have worked in many settings, the last 25 years in Primary Care, and many years as a Childbirth Educator in the background, supporting women through their precious journeys giving birth.
No matter where we sit along the lifespan, life happens and inevitably changes the way we see the world and respond to it. Increasingly my work has been with people carrying the burden of chronic disease and diminishing hope, including those (even at a very young age) who find the impact of trauma in their lives prevents them from being able to contribute to society and feel the fulfilment of purpose in their lives.
I've witnessed the profound effect of Havening as therapy in a wide variety of situations now, with life changing outcomes.
With a gentle, compassionate and enquiring approach, I look forward to working with anyone seeking positive change in their life.
