Hello! I’m Sabrina, a life coach based in Yokohama, Japan. Originally from Southern California, and having lived in Japan for over four years, I’m well aware of the challenges and various stressors that come with living cross-culturally. My main career is working as a Christian (protestant) Missionary, working with organizations that fight child trafficking in Japan. I wanted to explore practical and effective ways to help individuals in Japan who may be struggling under intense pressure and negative beliefs. I was personally helped through havening to recover after a break-in at my house while I lived alone. I've been honored and thrilled to be able to also support others in their journey towards wellness.
As a coach I love walking alongside individuals and help them arrive at their desired destination, whether in career, relationships, academics, physical fitness, or mental wellness. I utilize Havening Techniques to identify and lessen any roadblocks, or undesirable thoughts/feelings the brain is holding on to. Havening is also a powerful tool to build resiliency in areas desirable for the client.
