Diana Ringquist

Working with individuals one-on-one or in groups ranging from a few individuals to entire organizations, Diana is a wholistic coach who incorporates different modalities into her practice in order to meet the unique needs of her clients. Diana integrates Havening into her coaching practice allowing clients to benefit from both practices and maximum their overall well-being. 

Diana is a certified applied Positive Psychology coach, consultant, and speaker who works with individuals, groups, teams, and organizations.  She also holds certifications in resilience training, cybersecurity, meditation and mindfulness teacher, energy worker, Reiki Master, Art as a Soul Language® Facilitator, and creator of the “StoryLines”™ Process and Method.  Constantly adding to her knowledge base, Diana is currently pursuing certification in girl empowerment, Positive Intelligence, and Massage Therapy.

Diana holds master's degrees in Anthropology and Social Work and has lived and worked on three continents, embracing opportunities to learn many languages and enjoy different cultures.  As a military spouse, Diana became interested in helping others navigate life transitions in ways that lessened stress, empowered the individuals, and provided opportunities for positive transformations in lives. In 2020, Diana became even more acutely aware of the growing importance and need of well-being, purpose, and belonging in people's lives. As Founder and CEO of The Modern Goddess Project, Diana connects women with themselves and others and provides a vibrant community that supports, encourages, and actively seeks to empower women and help them discover and create their unique and extraordinary lives.
