Annie is a Counsellor and Coach

She has been working primarily with individual adults and people in relationships, using an eclectic collection of therapeutic approaches that includes: Havening, Internal Family Systems, Person Centred, Gestalt, Psycho-education.
Annie believes in the potentiality of our self-determination and her approach is to tailor the Counselling/Coaching time to meet the needs of the client.
