Hi, My name is Amanda and I am a registered Counselling Psychologist, as well as a Havening practitioner. I work from my private practice in Hamilton and my aim is to help my clients to address the difficulties and challenges in their lives by providing a safe, supportive and confidential space to work from. I assist my clients to work through their difficulties or challenges and to develop skills and resilience to live their best life. I use Havening in addition to psychotherapy and has found it so helpful to many of my clients dealing with stress, anxiety and trauma.
