As a practising osteopath for many years in Auckland New Zealand I have recognised that there is no separation in body, mind and emotions. With the recognition that painful and disruptive mental and emotional states have a significant impact on our bodies physiology and often creating chronic health conditions, I recognised the need to be able to treat all levels to get a more complete healing.

I could never find any modality that was suitable to bring all this together until I found Havening Technique. It’s simple yet profound healing capacity blew me away and it fits right into my style as an osteopath.

Three things about Havening Technique were very important to me: Firstly the incredibly thorough scientific research that backs the technique, secondly the fact that clients don’t need to express their traumatic details if they don’t want to and thirdly the process is client led, it’s the clients inner intelligence that guides the process not the practitioner.

Due to the Havening process having a variety of techniques I have been able to get success on  different fronts. From being able to cut event trauma off at the source to being able to dissolve painful emotions around chronic health conditions. The chronic condition doesn't always go away but the anxiety and depression in regards to the condition does. Also being able to weaken the grip of painful emotions is so thearapeutic, which leads to a greater resillience. This can often lead to recall of core events which have created the lense through which we see life, resulting in repetitive, negative and painful patterns which we are stuck in. it is possible to release all these from the core of our being with Havening Technique allowing us to be happy, free from painful emotion, resillient and empowered to live the life we crave for.
