With a background in nursing, I’ve always been drawn to supporting people through times of challenge and change. My own healing journey led me to Havening after working through traditional therapy, although progress had been made, I still felt stuck in certain emotional patterns. Just one Havening session created a profound shift — I felt calmer, more grounded, and better able to respond to life’s challenges.

Today, as a certified Havening practitioner, I integrate this gentle, neuroscience-based technique into my practice to help clients reduce anxiety, release emotional blocks, and build resilience. Using soothing touch and guided mental exercises, Havening works directly with the nervous system — without requiring you to relive past trauma.

 

I’ve seen clients leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more in control. I offer a safe, compassionate space for anyone seeking lasting emotional change and a renewed sense of self.
