I am an NZAC Registered Counsellor with nine years of experience working in a college setting, supporting young people from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. In addition, I maintain a private practice.  I work with adults and young people of all genders, addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, identity development, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and addiction, among others.

I integrate various therapeutic approaches into my practice, including Havening Techniques, a highly effective and safe method that provides clients with powerful and lasting results. Havening Touch, in particular, has proven especially beneficial for clients managing emotional overwhelm and trauma, enabling them to safely access and process difficult memories and emotions that may have previously felt inaccessible.

My approach is fundamentally client-centred, ensuring that clients remain empowered and in control throughout the therapeutic process. I place a strong emphasis on creating a safe, supportive environment that prioritizes the client’s well-being and fosters trust within the therapeutic relationship.
