Hi, I’m Lynn Tucknies — a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Transformational Coach, and Body & Belief Code Practitioner. My work is devoted to helping people release emotional imprints, regulate their nervous systems, and return to the truth of who they are.
My path into this work began long before I ever became a practitioner. Like many of my clients, I spent years navigating emotions, memories, and patterns that didn’t always reflect the woman I knew I was inside. I searched for clarity. I searched for calm. And I searched for something that could help me shift what I couldn’t consciously “think my way out of.”
When I discovered Havening Techniques®, everything changed.
Havening offered a gentle, neuroscience based method to soothe my nervous system, release emotional residue, and create a sense of inner spaciousness that felt both profound and deeply natural. It gave me the missing piece a safe, compassionate way to support the body in letting go of what the mind had long understood.
Today, Havening is at the heart of my practice. It is the foundation of the healing I facilitate and the modality that consistently creates the most profound transformations for my clients. Whether someone is carrying anxiety, heartbreak, guilt, fear, persistent stress, or old memories that continue to echo in their lives, Havening allows us to soften what’s been held, regulate what’s been overwhelmed, and create new emotional pathways that feel lighter, calmer, and free
My work weaves Havening with Hypnotherapy, the Body Code, the Belief Code, and Transformational Coaching not as separate modalities, but as supportive layers that deepen integration, reinforce subconscious change, and help clients reconnect with clarity, self-trust, and emotional resilience. My gift is sensing what someone’s nervous system needs in the moment and guiding them with steadiness, compassion, and intuition.
I believe healing isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about removing the emotional layers that keep you from your own inner wisdom, strength, and possibility. Havening provides a gentle path back home to yourself.
