My coaching philosophy boils down to two goals: to help others become the best versions of themselves — the less distorted expression of their true Self, more and more often — and to help them adapt to change.
In a world of constant change, change is the only constant. In this day and age, this saying seems to become more relevant with each passing day. If anything, change is what my life has been about. It’s as if everything has been steering me in one direction: to realize that lasting safety can only be found within ourselves.
I have been looking for tools to achieve this. Recommended by a friend who was already a Havening Practitioner at the time, I felt an almost instant pull to add brilliant Havening to what my coaching activity already has to offer. Not only is Havening — a neurobiology-informed psychosensory treatment — extremely effective in removing unwanted feelings linked to distressing memories and events, but it is also an excellent means of helping individuals adapt to change.
