For the past 19 years, I've embarked on a profound healing journey that has deeply influenced my path to where I am today. This journey was born out of a series of life-altering experiences, including my decision to leave organized religion, the loss of my special needs sister, the challenging struggle with addiction within my family, and nearly facing divorce not once but twice. Through these trials, I came to a profound realization: that true healing is an inside job, and pointing fingers at others would never provide the answers I sought. This realization ignited a passionate mission within me—to uncover my purpose and understand my "why" in life.

As a mother of four, a proud "Gigi" to our granddaughter, and someone who has been married for 30 years to the love of my life, I've gathered a wealth of life experiences. For 31 years, I dedicated myself to the world of finance, but eventually, I surrendered to my calling, embracing the healing arts as my true path. Today, I am a dedicated Spiritual Life coach, Spinal Flow Practitioner, Inner Child Work and Usui Reiki Master, specializing in holistic healing and personal empowerment and I’m looking forward to offering the Havening Technique in my practice very soon. My journey has equipped me with the wisdom and compassion to guide others on their own healing journeys. I offer the Spinal Flow technique, Reiki energy healing, and personalized Spiritual Life Coaching, all to help individuals find their way back home to their hearts. This is where deep healing begins.

My "why" is rooted in the profound belief that authentic transformation begins within the heart. My own journey of healing and self-discovery has shown me the way, and I'm passionate about sharing that path with others. Witnessing individuals release what no longer serves them and discover their inner strength and purpose fuels my unwavering dedication. I am committed to being a guiding light for those seeking balance, harmony, and a renewed sense of self.

What I love most about my work is the privilege of witnessing the remarkable transformation that takes place within my clients. It's incredibly rewarding to guide individuals as they release what no longer serves them and embrace their true selves. I find deep fulfillment in creating a safe and caring space where individuals can heal, awaken, and thrive. There is no greater joy for me than seeing my clients regain their vitality, find inner peace, and navigate life's challenges with newfound resilience.
