For more than 20 years, I have worked alongside victims of crime, sexual abuse, rape, and domestic violence. My experience also extends to supporting perpetrators of family violence, individuals living with drug and alcohol addictions, and people navigating complex relationship challenges.
I am passionate about helping people restore wholeness in mind, body, and spirit. I work comfortably with people of all genders and nationalities, and my practice is grounded in compassion, cultural respect, and a commitment to helping individuals reclaim safety, dignity, and wellbeing.
More recently, I have trained in Havening Therapy, which has become an essential tool in my kete — a powerful modality that supports healing, emotional regulation, and the gentle navigation of trauma toward greater resilience and integration.
