I am a Nutritional Therapist and Homeopath based in Berkshire, UK, working with an integrative approach to emotional and physical wellbeing.
My work explores the relationship between nutrition, the nervous system, emotional health and neurodevelopment. I support individuals who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, fatigue, burn-out or difficulty regulating mood, helping them understand how body chemistry, life experiences and nervous system responses interact.
A particular interest of mine is the connection between food and mood. I look at how blood sugar balance, nutrient status and everyday lifestyle patterns influence mental clarity, emotional resilience and overall wellbeing. I also draw on neurodevelopmental approaches, recognising how early developmental patterns can shape how the nervous system responds to stress later in life.
I have been using Havening Techniques as part of my practice as a gentle way of working with the nervous system. Havening can help reduce the emotional intensity associated with stressful or traumatic experiences while encouraging a greater sense of calm and regulation.
My aim is to support clients while offering tools they can integrate into everyday life.
I work with adults and young adults and offer sessions both in person in Bray-Berkshire and online. I also offer complimentary discovery calls for those who would like to learn more about my approach and explore whether Havening may help them.
