I am a certified Havening Practitioner, as well as a yoga teacher, meditation guide, and breathwork facilitator. My work is rooted in helping people gently release emotional patterns held in the body and reconnect with a sense of inner stability, clarity, and calm.
My approach combines Havening Techniques with elements of somatic awareness, and intuitive guidance. I create a safe and grounded space where clients can explore what they are holding, without pressure, and begin to shift it in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
I am known for my warm, steady presence and intuitive style. My work is influenced by techniques such as NLP and guided visualisation, allowing sessions to feel both structured and deeply personalised.
