With over 35 years as a body wellness practitioner, I have supported clients in realigning the physical body to ease pain and restore movement. Over time, my understanding has expanded to recognise the deep connection between the body and our emotional world.
I now integrate Havening mind and body-based approach, supporting the nervous system but the body to regulate, rebalance, and create positive change.
My work is grounded in the belief that the body and mind are not separate—they are deeply intertwined. I use Havening to allow the movement of what arises that is uncomfortable persistant and stressful encouraging a biological change that calms the nervous system in the somatic component of the work, while providing new information for the mind to integrate creating new pathways for resolution clarity and flow .When we learn to listen to the body’s signals, especially during times of stress or dysregulation, we open the door to meaningful transformation.Ultimately Havening offers a gentle yet powerful pathway to calm the nervous system, shift patterns of stress and anxiety, and support the body in returning to ease
My intention is to provide a safe and supportive framework to process what feels stuck or overwhelming so clients can reconnect with themselves—finding balance within themselves, space in their mind, and ease in their body while build new pathways for resillence clarity and forward movement.
Ultimately, this work is about returning to a place of self-awareness, self-trust, and self-love—where the heart softens, and a deeper sense of wellbeing can emerge and we can choose to do life differently and with more ease.
