Carol holds Diplomas in Acupuncture and T.C.M, Herbal Medicine, Tui-Na, Aromatherapy, Massage, Reflexology & Crystal Healing. Carol teaches all levels of Reiki & also teaches many courses in therapies she's qualified in. She is currently studying a Diploma in Emotional Metaphysical Kinesiology & hopes to marry this with Havening .
Carol has been a certified Havening practitioner since 2016 & has had the pleasure of supervising many training days & also attending the in person conferences..
Carol uses Havening as a stand alone therapy & also combines it with many of her other therapies.
Carols areas of expertise are trauma, anxiety, P.T.S.D, especially post Covid. Issues with pregnancy & fertility, pain, grief, low self esteem, fears , phobias & relationship difficulties.
