John is a friendly, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate professional. He specialises in helping people overcome a very wide range of Phobias, fears, bad memories and adversity through Havening Touch. Based on the edge of South and West Yorkshire he also offer Skype sessions for clients from anywhere in the World that can access the facility.
Working over decades with individuals as private clients, or within varied businesses, educational establishments, business advisory services and charities, he has also specialised in Counselling, especially within the spheres of handling Job Loss, Interview and confidence skills, Career Change Management and personal development. Either through one- to – one or as a Trainer has helped several thousand individuals move forward in their Careers. Also has extensive experience as a Trainer, both devising and delivering a wide range of subjects. Worked extensively with Overseas Students, including Refugees, Asylum Seekers and Eastern Europeans, in an FE College with both with Educational needs and Job Search activities, meeting over 4000 clients personaly in a 7 year period!
Also skilled in a variety of Meditation and relaxation techniques, and has a strong interest in ‘Holistic Health’ and general ‘mind, body and spirit’ approaches.
