"Everybody has a long-awaited dream, something they need to lose or gain.” My goal is to you get there quicker - by slowing down, refocusing and transforming your sensory experience of the world.

I am an ITANLP certified NLP trainer and clinical hypnotherapist with a passion for Havening Techniques® and an interest in creative writing.

My background is in youth development training, canoe coaching, refugee work, and I am constantly updating my CPD particularly within the field of hypnosis.

Over the past ten years I have come to realise my specialisms lie in working with addictions, gambling, sport and general performance, speaking fears, flying, and generalised anxiety.

I take humour seriously incorporating it into my work as a means of positive distraction to reframe experience and provoke a healing response. I offer training, transformational work and coaching both virtually and face-to-face, here from my base in north east England.
