Anne Bell is a certified transformational Life Coach and Havening Techniques® Practitioner in Durham Region, Ontario. She has a BA in Communication with a minor in Social Sciences from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY. Anne’s desire as coach and havener is to help people navigate forward from times of physical and mental health challenges, and to establish healthy and hopeful inner communication. She loves to facilitate opportunities for individuals to discover healing via self-awareness and creativity, helping to relieve stress and allow for a more fulfilling life.
Anne is informed by her personal healing journey and experience as group leader, teacher and mentor in the area of recovery. She is an artist, and freelances in graphic art, web design and photography. Anne has enjoyed creating presentations with Dr. Steven Ruden over several years - a highlight of learning and collaboration.
On Coaching: “Coaching allows an individual to take full value of healing outcomes and exponentially increases opportunities for personal growth and success in any area of life.
