Paula specialises in working with people who want to reduce the impact of trauma, stress, and anxiety on their lives.

Her approach is honest, pragmatic, curious, and fun. The techniques she uses are always tailored to ensure the very best outcome for the client, and she has a passion for helping people to be the best they can possibly be, whether that is at work or at home. After 20+ years in a global corporate environment working alongside teams and executives across multiple regions and cultures Paula gained a deep understanding of human behaviour, both inside and outside the boardroom. In addition to being a certified Havening Practitioner, Paula is also a qualified executive coach, master practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and a clinical hypnotherapist. Paula also wrote a book called 'Your Life, Your Way', A Practical Guide to Getting Your Sh*t Together which is currently on Amazon and in all good book shops.
