In addition to her work in private practice through Divergence Consulting, Sofia does her pro bono work at Chris's House, working with those affected by suicide. Sofia uses a person centred approach to ensure clients receive the very best care and attention throughout therapy. She believes that the solutions to problems are often found in thinking in new ways and embracing new perspecitives. With a bachelor degree in secondary education and more than 15 years working with charities to provide young people with an international learning experience, promoting humanitarian work, global awareness and cross-cultural dialogue whilst building resilience and leadership skills for a global marketplace, Sofia is uniquely experienced in helping people through many of life's challenges. She is trained through the ILM as a stress and resilience coach, holds a COSCA certificate in counselling, a Diploma in CBT and is a certified Havening Techniques® practitioner.
