Kate has worked in a healthcare setting most of her working life, including almost 9 years in the care sector of the NHS where she has experienced physical and mental health often treated as two separate issues. She feels Havening techinques offer by its simplicity and ease of use a means to treat the body and mind in a more holistic way and return it to a place of balance and peace.

Kate first became interested in Havening Touch and realised how powerful a technique it is for unblocking and permanently removing past traumatic events after personally seeking help after a family bereavemeant so she understands firsthand the power of Havening Touch.

She is currently using Havening techniques with life changing results in a suicide prevention house, where she assits people in crisis to regain control of their life and emotions. She has been specialising in healing trauma, depression and anxiety, unwanted emotions, overcoming addictions and building resilience.

She was amazed and truly excited by how quickly Havening Techniques could free people from unwanted thoughts, behaviours or habits and return them to a state of peace and calm. From that point onwards she was fasinated to learn more and become a Certified Havening Techniques Practitioner and was extremely lucky to have Dr Carol Robertson as her trainer.

Kate is friendly, approachable and passionate about helping people gain peace of mind and achieve their goals
