Fran brings many years of experience working with individuals of all ages, with a specialist focus on healing the long-term effects of childhood trauma.
Through Havening, she has worked with individuals experiencing a wide range of challenges, including childhood trauma, the effects of domestic abuse, post traumatic stress and many other traumatic events and experiences that have left lasting consequences. This includes emotional distress, chronic stress, workplace stress, and mental health.
She has delivered numerous tailored introductions to Havening and workshops, such as Introducing Havening: a therapeutic approach to the long-term mind-body effects of childhood trauma, and its effectiveness for those at risk/in the care system, and Enhancing Broader Understanding: Trauma, Childhood Trauma & ACEs. Fran has also shared Self-Havening practices with groups, including women in recovery, nursing students, and adult adoptees.
Fran offers Havening as a gentle, effective approach to healing, change, and transformation, and is passionate about sharing Havening with wider audiences. Her lived and professional experiences have enabled her to work across diverse settings and communities, continue learning alongside others, promote trauma-informed practice, and contribute to meaningful change through advocacy and collaboration.
Fran works one to one, in person in Bromley and online worldwide. She welcomes contact to discuss sessions, introductions to Havening, Self-Havening workshops, or training.
