Fran is a certified Havening® Practitioner and Trainer, with a specialist focus on childhood trauma and adverse childhood experiences.
Fran's own lived experiences led her to understand that you don't necessarily just 'get over' trauma of any kind and how trauma can continue to affect and limit your life in many different ways. With this in mind, she has spent years learning and searching for effective ways to help individuals alleviate the effects of trauma on both mind and body and support well-being.
Fran was drawn to Havening because of its gentle and non-invasive approach, which harnesses an individual's natural capacity for healing and can bring meaningful change to individuals navigating a range of both past and present challenges.
She works sensitively with presenting issues such as childhood trauma, relationship trauma, traumatic events and memories, post-traumatic stress, emotional distress, stress and overwhelm, self-concept.
Passionate about increasing awareness of Havening and making it more accessible, Fran has delivered numerous tailored and interactive introductions to Havening and has shared Self-Havening practices with a variety of groups. She is also involved in research into Havening.
Fran's lived and professional experiences have enabled her to work across diverse settings and communities, promote trauma-informed care, and contribute to change through advocacy and collaboration.
She works one-to-one, in person in Bromley and online worldwide, and also offers coaching. Fran welcomes contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
