Mon objectif principal en tant que formatrice en Techniques de Havening est, tant d'introduire l'utilisation éthique de ces techniques en milieu scolaire, que de former des organisations et professionnels choisis en ces merveilleuses techniques de résilience. Je fais ceci en francais, anglais et norvégien.

J'ai par ailleurs une pratique de coach systémique, approchant l'individu au sein de son environnement. Mes clients disent de moi que je suis drôle, chaleureuse, challengeante, tout en restant un vrai support, et que les séances sont profondes et dans l'énergie du coeur. Peu de séances sont nécessaires.  

Dans ma carrière précédente, j'ai été dans des positions manageriales pendant plus de 20 ans dans des entreprises  internationales en Norvège, France, USA et Suède. Essentiellement dans le marketing stratégique et le développement de projets stratégique. Je suis actuellement professeur des écoles dans les lycées en Norvège, parallèlement à mon activité privée. 

J'ai eu le bac mention TB en 1983. Diplômée de l'ESC Lyon en 1988, suivi par un MBA à l'Université de Californie du Sud, aux US, où j'ai eu l'honneur d'être Commencement Speaker en 1989.

My primary focus as a Havening Techniques Trainer is on exploring how to introduce the Havening Techniques in the school environment, and on teaching the Havening Techniques to chosen interested professionals and  organizations in the following languages: Norwegian, French and English.  

In my coaching practice, my approach is systemic, considering the whole person within their environment. My clients say of me that I am fun, supportive, challenging in a compassionate way, warm and playing them good. 

Certified Havening Techniques Trainer (2020) and Havening Techniques Practitioner (2018). Certified DNCF coach in Norway (2017). Certified Systemic Meta-Coach (2016), Certified in neo-Ericsonian conversational hypnosis (2016) and Certified NLP Master Practitioner (2013). Certified in Psych-K Brain Balancing - level III (2011).

Previous career included working for over 20 years in big international corporations in Norway, Sweden, USA and France, both in Strategic Marketing and in Strategic Project Management.

I was Commencement Speaker at the Marshal Business School of Management, University of Southern California in 1889, where I graduated with a dual MBA specializing in Strategy and Finance. Ranked n6 at ESC Lyon Graduate Business School, France in 1988 with a specialization in Marketing (school has changed name to EM Lyon). Baccalauréat C mention TB (1983).

Som Havening Teknikker Trener er jeg opptatt av både introdusere disse vidunderlige teknikker innenfor skole Norge, men også å lære de bort til utvalgte profesjonelle miljøer. Dette gjør jeg i både norsk, fransk og engelsk. 

Mine kunder sier at jeg er morsom, varm og empatisk og at jeg spiller dem gode. Jeg klarer å utfordre dem samtidig som jeg støtter dem underveis.

Jeg besitter en dobbel MBA fra både ESCLyon i Frankrike (1988) og Marshal Business School of Management, University of Southern California (1989), der jeg også ble Commencement Speaker.
