Florence Aasen is a systemic business coach, teacher and consultant, working primarily with business leaders and corporate executives, entrepreneurs, coaches, teaching institutions and students of all ages in France and Norway. Working languages are French, English and Norwegian.    

Florence discovered how success in learning and in business can be impacted by stress and PTSD, bad habits, limiting beliefs, lack of methodology and prioritization, wrong strategies, and this is her primary area of focus when working with clients. Her approach is systemic, considering the person within their environment.

She has a unique combination of strong work ethics, a friendly and warm personality inspiring confidence, open-mindedness, business accumen, a teaching background and a deep understanding for what keeps a person stuck, and how to rebounce.

Her typical client is at the start of a project, or needing support underways. She helps her clients succeed to the next level beyond their expectations and in record time. 

Besides teaching and coaching, her primary focuses in consultancy are Strategy, Lean Start Up, Marketing Positioning and Branding, Organizational Questions and Project Management. Currently studying Pedagogics in Norway besides starting her own company: Strategies for Growth.   

Certified Systemic Meta-Coach (2016), Certified Hypnotherapist (2016) and NLP Master Practitioner (2013). Certified Havening Practitioner (2018). Certified in Psych-K Brain Balancing - level III (2011).

Worked for over 20 years in big international corporations in USA, France, Sweden and Norway both in Strategic Marketing and in Strategic Project Management. She was Commencement Speaker at the Marshal Business School of Management, University of Southern California in 1889, where she obtained a dual MBA specializing in Strategy and Finance. Ranked n6 at ESC Lyon Graduate Business School, France in 1988 with a specialization in Marketing (school is currently called EM Lyon).
