"I had not heard of Havening before and I was intrigued by it. I very much enjoyed and benefited from the sessions I had with Margaret. It brought up some issues from traumatic episodes in the past, which had not been resolved, in spite of using other methods to release them. Since then Havening has helped me with insomnia and with anxiety. I found Margaret to be very professional and good at both practising and explaining Havening."
JG

Having unexpectedly experienced serious workplace bullying, my confidence and self belief were shattered. Margaret helped me to deal with this and also to address incidents that have stayed with me since childhood. I have been able to rebuild my confidence and free myself from negative self talk.
LG

“I don't know how I would have coped without Margaret’s help. At six months pregnant, in difficult and stressful circumstances, Margaret helped me to become calm and to overcome some difficult memories.
I also believe that because of the havening during pregnancy, my baby is very relaxed and happy and I quickly returned to normal.”
