Christine’s passion over the last 15 years has been helping parents develop more enriching and fulfilling relationships with their children and helping children develop self-esteem, grit and coping skills. She does this by using a combination Vedantic principals, teaching parents the Nurtured Heart Approach® and by using Havening Techniques®. Havening can help parents understand and resolve their emotional triggers that children activate, thereby, allowing them to respond to their children with clarity rather than react through their own psychological baggage. Additionally, Havening can help children see and own their greatness and help them build resilience and perseverance in their lives.
Christine also provides both group and individual counseling to adolescents and adults. She is currently the Director of School Counseling at a school district in New Jersey. In addition to Havening Techniques and the Nurtured Heart Approach, she specializes in cognitive-behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy and creative therapy.
