“Many times, we go through life situations reacting rather than responding. In part, this is due to our neurobiology which, above all, is built to keep us safe. I help clients explore and understand this process and modify it towards reaching optimal potential.”
Diane’s intellectual curiosity has led to a strong interest in the latest research developments in attachment, neurobiology and mindfulness . She has completed advanced training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and is also a Certified Havening Practitioner.
