She is drawn to treatment approaches that support healing through gentle exploration and transformation of long-standing beliefs and behavior patterns.

“Many times, we go through life situations reacting rather than responding.  In part, this is due to our neurobiology which, above all, is built to keep us safe.  I help clients explore and understand this process and modify it towards reaching optimal potential.”

Diane’s intellectual curiosity has led to a strong interest in the latest research developments in attachment, neurobiology and mindfulness . She has completed advanced training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and is also a Certified Havening Practitioner.  Depending on client need,  treatment orientations she may also employ include Hakomi, psychodynamic psychotherapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, among others.
