Myria Lamaris

Myria is the first Certified Havening Techniques® practitioner in Cyprus. She came across Havening at a Richard Bandler and Paul McKenna event in the UK. After witnessing the Havening demonstration that eliminated the consequences arising from a stressful or traumatic event, she knew she had to learn more about this new amazing psychosensory modality.

She is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming - Time Line Therapy® – Hypnosis and trained in NLP Coaching. She has also completed the 'Resilience and Well Being' course by Harry Pickens - Certified Havening Techniques® Trainer.

Her belief is that we all possess this innate power, wisdom, and intelligence that can assist us to overcome whatever we are going through. She works with great care, compassion, and empathy in creating a client-centred-approach in a safe environment. By harnessing these various modalities along with other tools, she works with clients to empower them to overcome their challenges, experience positive personal growth, and well-being, by clearing what is getting in their way and developing their confidence, social and communication skills.

Myria has also worked many years in the areas of business and finance and knows how vital communication is. Whether this is within your internal... or external world, relevant in all walks of life, for all ages.

Her love of working with children led her to become the first UK trained NLP4KIDS practitioner in Cyprus. Teaching NLP skills and techniques in a fun-loving way, assisting them to ‘grow’ and find their own internal superpowers. Trained to deliver workshops whether in schools or privately and also works on a one to one basis.

Being a volunteer for a local Leukaemia Foundation ‘Along Came Spring’ gives her the opportunity to give back to the community, which is important to her. In October 2018 she was part of the Havening Humanitarian Trauma Relief Mission to Lesvos Greece, spreading the ‘touch’ of Havening to locals, refugees, and NGOs.
