She is one of the first 150 Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioners in the United States and 500 in the world. She has offices in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Virtual sessions are also available. She was recently recognized by Brainz Magazine as one of the "Global 500" of 2020; an honor given to 500 Companies, Entrepreneurs, Influential Leaders and Small Business Owners recognized for their entrepreneurial success, achievements or dedication to help others around the world.
Through her own healing journey, she explored a number of options with hopes of restoring her own health and emotional well-being. It wasn't until she was introduced to Havening during an introductory workshop that her spark and resilience returned. Hilary volunteered for a demo with Havening Techniques founder Dr. Ron Ruden and the rest is history!
Her blend of work in the health/wellness field and media has given Hilary a chance to truly connect with people on a much deeper level. She is used to holding space for stories to be told. But changing the narrative and creating a safe haven to explore is where the real healing begins. A great coach/practitioner sees in you what you sometimes can’t see in yourself. In addition to being a certified Havening Techniques® practitioner, Hilary is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and is currently getting certified in Hypnotherapy. She holds a Masters Degree in Psychology. Hilary is also an award-winning college professor at St. John’s University in New York where she teaches on-camera presentation, journalism and broadcasting. While inspires her students to become confident and compassionate journalists/presenters, she also challenges them to tackle common fears and anxieties that come with public speaking and performing. Hilary is also a university faculty advisor at the University and volunteers with a therapeutic horseback riding program for special needs children.
She's an award-winning journalist/producer focusing on healthy living. She currently hosts “Healthy Communities News”, a program produced by CVSHealth where she travels the county highlighting empowering stories of neighborhoods tackling health challenges and finding innovative solutions. Hilary can be seen regularly on the live-streaming fitness show Daily Burn 365 and has appeared nationally as a host and guest expert on QVC, PBS and on various TV & radio stations around the United States.
