I am of an easy going personality.  I have been married 33 years with 5 adult children and 2 grandchildren.  This gives me a great understanding of family and the issues we face.

As a therapist I like to keep my skills updated and current and that is why I engage in continual professional development every year. I came across Havening and I was intrigued by its simplicity and results. When the opportunity was available to train with one of the creators Dr Steve Ruden I couldn’t let it pass. I have first-hand experience of how it can impact and change your life.  I now offer Havening to my clients with remarkable results and clients often remark “What just happened there?”.

That’s why in my eyes everyone is unquie and the presenting issues requires a personal tailored approach using any combination of Talk Therapy, CBT, Hypnotherapy, Havening, Creative Arts and Mindfulness.

I have worked in many organizations providing one to one counselling and support groups.  I have been seeing clients on a private bases and presenting workshops on a variety of issues tailored to each organization’s needs.

I offer Mind Coaching to individuals and corporate clients.

I provide Sport Enhancement using Hypnosis & NLP.
