Ms. Waters has used Event and Transpirational Havening Techniques with children, adolescents and adults with significant abuse and dissociation, posttraumatic stress disorder, anxiety and depression. It has been a very effective tool that has kept the clients to stay within their window of tolerance when dealing with traumatic events.  It has also been extremely helpful in stabilization and ego strengthening with the use of Affirmational Havening. The time has been so short for them to receive relief.  They have been able to do self-havening to maintain their stability between sessions and continue to make progress.
