Trauma, different life experiences and even daily life stressors can result in us getting stuck in our thoughts, beliefs and emotions such as anxiety and fear.  When this happens we lose sight of our passion, purpose, core values and even our strengths.  Each day becomes a battle with no obvious path forward.  It's clear that when 90 percent of our present is informed by our past it's critical to learn new tools and techniques that move us forward from those thoughts, beliefs and emotions that we find ourselves stuck in.   One of the most powerful and effective ways of being able to break this cycle comes from Havening Techniques.

When you learn how to manage emotions, let go of limiting beliefs and change behaviors that no longer serve you - both mental and physical health improve.  When you experience forward movement, despite past traumas, negative experiences or unhelpful mind chatter, hope returns which, in turn, motivates both personal growth and successful, long lasting, change which leads to better choices and improved wellbeing.

I teach people all over the world how to move on from anxiety and fear and find connection, engagement and purpose again.  My approach is unique, innovative and multi-disciplinary, drawing from the fields of Naturopathy, Positive Psychology, Functional Medicine and Neuroscience.
