Cara Leigh Jones

Cara is a Full time Therapeutic foster parent and lead trainer for Treehouse Therapeutic Training, who specialises in training parents and caregivers to care for children with Autism, Attachment disorder and children who have suffered trauma.  She specialises in Compassion fatigue, blocked care, phobias, and fear-based behaviours.  She has successfully become an Accredited Havening Techniques Practitioner to support and help heal those children and families from the trauma they have experienced.  Her knowledge of trauma and healing from it, is underpinned by a lifetime of experience, but also by a degree in Psychology from Crown college, a Diploma in Therapeutic Parenting by Inspire Training, and a high level of training through Foster care at Chrysalis Consortium.  Cara is passionate about using Havening to help clients change their lives, but also to help change and heal families, giving them the tools and power to heal themselves. 

Cara currently offers face to face sessions in her home or at your home in the areas of Sheffield and surrounding areas, and also Skype, Zoom and Facetime sessions online.  Appointments are available Monday to Friday (days and evenings).  Weekends are available for online sessions only.
