My work with clients is a gift. The chance to journey with a person as they move from pain and trauma to peace and confidence is always a source of inspiration and joy. I received this from an appreciative client: ‘I just want to thank you for the sessions you gave me this year, I have to say I feel amazing. I found how to listen to my inner voice and stop the other (unwanted)voice in my head. I am enjoying my life much more now…. . I believe/know the techniques of Havening empowers people to improve their health and wellbeing, their emotions and focus.

I have intrduced Havening into schools here in Co. Mayo Ireland. Seeing children/teens release their fears and worries, the knowledge that those unwanted emotions, fears and worries are relased and have a completely different outcome for their future is truly gratifying.

My lifelong love is the outdoors, I find inspiration and renewal from the mountains and sea, where I live, on the West coast of Ireland.

Along with my outdoor qualifications I am an EFT and Reiki Master, Reflexologist, Massage therapist and of course a Certified Havening practitioner. Working as a therapist with over 20 years’ experience my sessions are client-led and so I can respond to specific individual needs. Isues I work with are ........release negative emotions, physical pain, and trauma, both current and historical, chronic illness and infertility issues, stress, anxiety and so much more, I am happy to offer a 20-minute complimentary session online to chat to you and see how I can help you. My clients are throughout the world as I work both from my centre in Westport Ireland but also on line also via zoom or other on line programmes.
