I struggled for over twenty years with CPTSD, anxiety, depression, disordered eating and addictions. On my journey from surviving to thriving I’m deeply grateful for all I’ve learned especially the powerful and life changing process of Havening. I was amazed how quickly Havening could bring about longed for change and growth.
I am a Certified Havening Practitioner, Focusing Trainer (Register with UK & USA) and I qualified in 2010 as a Non-Violent Communication Trainer, then subsequently as a Focusing Practitioner and an Internal Family Systems Practitioner. My ongoing exploration of the emotional & physiological impact of trauma, its release, healing and care are of immense value to my work. The empathic listening of Internal Family Systems, Focusing & NVC fit perfectly with the gentle and safe approach of Havening for working with trauma.
I offer sessions worldwide through Zoom and other online platforms.
In addition to ongoing learning in Havening, Internal Family Systems and Focusing I continue to broaden my growth and understanding through additional trainings. Exploring ADHD, Autism and other areas have enriched my understanding of our brain functionality, it’s plasticity and and the cross overs with Havening. I have attended courses and seminars with Bessel van der Kolk, Janina fisher, Stephen Porges, Gabor Mate, Diane Poole Heller, Peter A Levine, Sarah Peyton, Richard C Schwartz and many top IFS trainers, as well as somatic trainings including PTSD Training with Bodynamic and my own personal growth with Breathwork.
