Michelle has been a professional Leadership Coach, Life Coach and trainer for over a decade, working with clients to bring about change in both their personal and professional lives. She’s trained in a range of disciplines and has a broad toolkit of resources and skills that she brings to her coaching practice, including Master Practitioner & Trainer of NeuroLinguistic Programming, Master Coach & Trainer of mBraining, Positive Neuroplasticity Practitioner, 6-Step Belief Change Practitioner & Trainer, Certified Conversational Intelligence™ Coach, DiSC Profiling Trainer and more.
Michelle has been using Havening Techniques™ with the majority of her coaching clients, since attending her first training in 2018, and is continually impressed with how powerful and gentle the techniques are for clearing trauma, stress and overwhelming emotions, as well as building resilience and wellbeing. She will often use Havening Techniques™ in conjunction with the other modalities that she’s trained in, depending on what is most useful for the client. Some of the ways that Michelle uses Havening Techniques™ with her Leadership clients includes supporting them to feel more confident giving presentations, speaking up in meetings, holding feedback conversations, dealing with conflict and reducing overwhelm and stress. Examples of Havening with her personal clients includes overcoming bullying, reducing anxiety, letting go of self-doubt/imposter syndrome, building self-esteem and confidence as well as recovery from traumatic experiences.
Michelle is passionate about supporting people to overcome and release their fears and self-doubt, build resilience and to step into who they truly are and what they want to achieve. Her coaching style is supportive, compassionate, honest and practical, with a good dose of humour.
Whilst Michelle is based in Wellington, New Zealand, she uses Zoom to effectively coach people anywhere in the world.
