Hi, I’m Jo, and excited to be bringing Havening Techniques to the North of Scotland and my home on the Isle of Skye. 

As an ordained One Spirit Interfaith Minister, serving people of all faiths and none, my calling is to help people heal from trauma.  Alongside my private practice offering Spiritual Counselling, Healing Ceremony, Meditation, Coaching, Facilitation of Women’s Circles and Havening Techniques, I work part time at Women’s Aid and I am passionate about using my skills to help people heal in order to live their best lives

I have worked successfully with people around bereavement, grief, abuse, rape, childhood trauma, physical ill health, pain, divorce, separation, abandonment, betrayal, living in a pandemic, stress, anxiety, fear, phobias, addiction, limiting beliefs, unhelpful and unhealthy patterns, insomnia, distressing memories & dreams.
