Are you ready to take your professional practice to another level?

Join our in-person Havening Techniques® training to learn how you can apply and work with these groundbreaking techniques to gain transformational and lasting change for your clients.

On this 2.2 day training you’ll experience:

  • A safe container for learning, practicing and personal growth
  • An introduction into the science behind why and how Havening Techniques work
  • Learning the 7 core protocols and the distinction between self-Havening, growth Havening and trauma/clearing Havening Techniques
  • Feeling confident in the different methods for applying Havening Touch
  • Understanding how to identify potential trauma encoding and how to monitor and check for sustainable change
  • Feeling confident and ready to use the techniques in your work with others

The training begins on Friday evening at 5:00pm (2.5 hours) where you’ll meet your fellow students, be introduced to the programme and begin your learning journey. Day 2, Saturday, runs from 8:30am – 5:30pm and Day 3, Sunday, runs from 8:30am – 4:30pm.

Light snacks and refreshments are included during morning and afternoon tea breaks.  You will receive a printed workbook and other training materials.

This training is ideal for those already trained in helping professions such as:

Michelle attended the first NZ Havening Practitioner Training in 2018 and has been using the methods with virtually every client since – that’s hundreds of people. She has been a professional leadership coach and wellbeing specialist for the past 16+ years and is passionate about supporting other practitioners in their professional development.
