Join Midwest Haven for an immersive, in-person Havening Techniques® (HT) training designed for helping professionals seeking practical, neuroscience-informed tools for emotional regulation, stress reduction, and trauma-informed care.

This experiential training provides hands-on instruction in core Havening Techniques®, including self-Havening and facilitated protocols. Participants will learn how psychosensory input can support nervous system regulation and reduce distress associated with anxiety, trauma, and emotional overwhelm.

Through live demonstrations, guided practice, and small-group learning, attendees will deepen their understanding of the theory behind Havening while building confidence in applying the techniques ethically and appropriately within their professional scope of practice.

This in-person format emphasizes embodied learning, connection, and real-time feedback, making it ideal for clinicians and professionals who value experiential skill development.
