Join Maureen Ewing for a live 90?minute online introduction to Havening. This experiential session will provide an overview of the science behind Havening as well as an opportunity to experience the technique in a supportive group environment.

 

Havening Techniques® are neuroscience?based methods designed to help reduce the impact of stress and distressing experiences by working directly with the brain’s response to emotional memories.

 

In this introductory session you will:

  • Learn the basic principles behind Havening Techniques®
  • Explore how Havening supports emotional regulation and resilience
  • Experience a guided Havening exercise
  • Gain insight into how Havening can be integrated into coaching and personal development work
  • Have the opportunity to ask questions

 

Maureen brings a unique perspective to Havening through her work as an ICF?accredited coach with a Master’s degree in Leadership and Training, combining Havening with integrative coaching practices that support self?awareness, growth, and the courage to move beyond personal limitations.
